Hi! We are having problems with our account since it has limitations. Paypal emailed and asked for documents and Letter of Authorization. We have already submitted the documents and submitted the LOA for 10 times already signed by the OWNER/CEO. However it is still being declined or denied and every time we submit it. One of their answer in every submission of the Letter of Authorization is: ___________________________ Letter of Authorization --------------------------- The document we received from you could not be accepted as a Letter of Authorization. This document needs to be signed by an authorized manager or owner and give the holder and operators the right to act on behalf of your business. Please provide us with a valid document. - The signatory is not an authorized person But the signatory is the CEO/Owner of the company. We tried to message PAYPAL but it will only say to go to RESOLUTION CENTER, however resolution center in our account does not display anything or any steps on how to resolve the limitation. We tried to search for the CASE NUMBER but it will only say "no pending case on queue". Customer Service is also not an option because of COVID19 no one will answer. Anyone here has a solution to this? or is there any way we can CONTACT PAYPAL to help with in resolving the limitation.
