Hi Everyone, I used a freelancing website to get some digital goods, and paid through PayPal. But due to some reasons i had to open a claim. I requested the website to refund, They said they already refunded the amount back to my account. And before they refunded, I had escalated the case to Paypal. So, they asked me to close the case in order to receive refund. I closed the case but i cant see any refund. What should i do now?
