After years of using PP they decided to show their true colors. My wife's account was frozen with no explination, no warning and no credible excuses. They said that there was fraudulent activity when there was not. Telling her that she needs to write a letter? A multi billion dollar operation, and she has to write a letter? They can't even tell her why or what charge was in question. During the phone calls, she was told repeated apologize(which means they are at fault) and even said there was a way to expedite which was a lie. If you are reading this, cancel your account because it will happen again. They are theives and liars and this is absolutley how NOT to do business.
