I am asking for a refund of money because I haven't received merchandise from merchant.I contacted merchant and refuses to respond.My payment was made by debit card.It was found being paid under guest which I have no clue why.They said they would have a dispute specialist get a hold of me.They found it being paid under guest.They are sending messages to other customer support people and they say they can't find it.I can't call anyone because they say customer support is busy because of this covid-19 what can I do?I feel like Paypal is shafting me.
