Summary: I just realized Netflix has been billing me every 15th and 30th of every month. I want to cancel the subscription, however, in a business account, there is not a way - I've looked for over an hour, as well as been on hold (second time) for over an hour. I've googled, I've asked for help, I've chatted with the PP assistant, etc. When I called, the automated response says I have 16 subscriptions (I have no idea what they are) but I cannot find them ANYWHERE in my account. The only option is to cancel them all, but I am sure many of them are legit. So it asked me to hold. I called and there was a wait time of 10-14 minutes so they were gonna call me back - they did and hung up when I answered. Can someone please help?
