@kernowlass Thank you for your reply. I understand how PayPal works, I just required a definitive answer as to whether it is still currently available. By definitive answer, I mean coming from PayPal as opposed to an opinion. Although I share your opinion regarding the service of PAD being disrupted, so to speak, because of COVID-19. It seems to be the go to excuse for companies now to roll back some of their services. Many companies, such as banks, including PayPal, you can't even get on the phone anymore. No one's taking calls, sighting COVID-19 as the cause, even though most financial sector industries are open for business and their workers are back at work. If there was a temporary halt to the PAD service or a disruption, the least PayPal could do was to notify their customers in an email or post it on their website.
