I have a payment on hold in my account from a sale I made on eBay. There was a return request raised by the buyer but this has been resolved and closed on eBay but the money is still held on my PayPal account. I cannot get through to PayPal on the phone, and all they say by message is speak to eBay. I have spoken to eBay 6 times, and escalated it to a manager and account teams, the return case is closed (two weeks now), and the money is on hold by PayPal. I am at my wits end as both sides are saying it is the others fault but I cannot actually speak to anyone from PayPal. Please can someone help or tell me how I can escalate this to PayPal. I am extremely angry with PayPal's customer service and have wasted two weeks of time trying to get money released.
