I am turning to this community because I want others knowing that I am putting a class action lawsuit against Paypal for violating serval laws discrimination and ADA this message board should be the way all customers with complaints can communicate with Paypal and should not be forced to do it this way or receive no help. This was not the way Paypal was advertising to use Paypal and them not having no one who answers the phones is not acceptable. I would not ever dealt with a company without a phone number to contact customer services to call when I disagree with a vendor or needed help. To have to go through a portal to protect to talk is not ok for a person with disabilities.
