I had canceled a recurring payment to Bumble - several times, something I didn't even allow at the first place. 59.94 given to the company without my approval and which PayPal doesn't seems to care about. I created a case, I cancelled the payment several times and keeps on repeatly charging me 9.99 USD. What should I do? Call the police? Share to social media that this **bleep**ing PayPal turned from an amazing place into a **bleep**hole of carelessness and disrespect to customers? Any ideas? I cannot call PayPal, requests are answered like a robot and the case dismissed, and the payment is still being made. Please help!
