Hi Is anyone else experiencing this error message for the past week? Every time I attempt to go to seller tools to create an invoice, it shows the following: "PayPal: Internal Error We are not able to process your request. Please try again later." This is strange as it's the first time it's happened to me after all these years. I was able to make invoices and access this part of PayPal with no problems about 2 weeks ago. How do I go about fixing this?
