I am having the same problem. The amount it costs to ship the item back is almost the same as the price of the item. My problem is that it clearly states on the seller's website that refunds and exchanges are shipped to an address in the U.S., but I guess they told PayPal they want it shipped back to Malaysia (I am sure to eat up the price of the item and have me cancel the case). I have the return shipping refund activated on my account, but do not want to put the money out for shipping ($40 - of which I would only recoup $30) not knowing if it will be refunded. I would like to respond to PayPal's decision with evidence that their website states another return address, but it will not let me. Is there a way to respond to a PayPal decision?
