Dear Paypal, I've been having issues with your platform ever since I received money into my Paypal account.
1. I added my debit card successfully, I received the Pincode and confirmed and now my debit card is linked to my PayPal.
2. I tried 2 times adding a bank account and I get an error message "We were unable to process your bank account registration at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.", the last account I tried was a US bank, it did not work (If you want I can provide the last 4 digits of routing and account#)
My friends told me that PayPal needs to send an update to your account so you will be able to add a US bank account with no issues.
3. Now, I'm trying to send a payment to my co-worker and it won't let me, I double-checked my preferred payment option and selected my PayPal balance, I decided to try again after 1 hour and did not work. The situation of my co-worker is critical, his son got the COVID-19 and he needs money to buy medicine here in Peru. (This is an urgent matter, I need you guys to help me). I believe you need to refresh and send an update to my account.
4. Every time I log into my PayPal account I see this alert message popping up and I don't understand why because the payment I received was released and marked as delivered and processed. Please check my account you will see I have an available balance there with no restrictions. (Please solve this as well)
I am begging you to help me out Paypal, I need to solve at least the sending payment issue. My co-worker is in need of money and I won't let something bad happen to his son.
I tried to contact you multiple times via message center and all I get are the automatic responses from PayPal, I need actual agent ready to follow up with my issue and help to solve this problem.
