So in April I ordered a kayak off of a website and they immediately took the payment. Three weeks later I still have not received it so I emailed the seller. They did not respond so I put a dispute and provided the receipt showing that I ordered a kayak. A few weeks later I mysteriously received a pair of socks in the mail. Then I received a Notice that my dispute was declined because they had delivery information. The delivery information provided shows that my supposed kayak was delivered in my mailbox in a small package III the socks I received. Kayaks are 6 to 12 feet long and 50 to 100 pounds at least there’s no way they can arrive any small package. I was trying to respond and open a dispute or try to call someone to go over this and there’s no help available for me.
