Hi, I've been trying for months to remove a credit card from my account - one that was never confirmed. I've gone to account setting> money, banks and cards, clicked edit by the only card on the account, and click remove card. When I do, the next prompt asks if I am sure and I click the remove this card button. After all of that, I am created with the message " There's a problem with your account. Please go to the resolution center so we can help you resolve this quickly. " I proceed to the resolution center and see no resolution to my problem. Emails have been auto replied to and I just want to remove the card and close the account. And no I don't have any automatic payments/ subscriptions. Could someone help me with this? What am I missing?
