Hi, I got awarded a refund for a disputed transaction 11 days ago. However, I just realized that I paid using a now cancelled debit card that was linked to a now closed bank account. Previous money transfers to this bank account have been returned to the sender and the bank has confirmed to me multiple times that the account will no longer be able to receive any funds/transfers/refunds. I tried calling the hotline but there is none available because of the pandemic. I am 100% sure the money was returned to paypal but how can I ask them to refund instead to the bank account on my account or even to my Paypal balance. please help me.
