I am freelancer who works part time to provide tips on how to increase social media reach, like Instagram followers and all. I keep posting on social media groups, from where people can contact me and take my service and pay my feee, it's just like personal payment. Now one person reached out to me amd asked for help to guide him about social media services and he also asked me to increase his followers, so i helped him and did all. Now the payment time comes, i asked him to pay me via friends and family, but he instead paid via goods and services and after that confirmed the payment in a min. The money got into my account,so i thanked him. Now after few days, he raised a dispute saying that he didn't received any item and asked for refund, so i immediately escalated the issue to paypal. I want to ask whether i will have to refund? I have made following points to paypal--- 1. There is no product involved in this payment it's just a personal payment for some service and he paid via goods and services so he is not eligible. 2. I asked paypal to ask buyer that tell the details of product, from where did he ordered that product, which website? Does he paid on that website using paypal and that website had my paypal id? 3. Told paypal that what service i give, he is just scamming to get money back, so verify from him about products details, from where he buyed, and why he confirmed payment in a minute after sending me money. What will be the result of claim?
