I need help understanding why I had to refund the buyer his $80.00 back when the item i sold to him was brand new, purchased on June 14, 2020. Buyer claims item was not new, and item was old and beat up. I provided a Amazon email referin to the same item by its serial number and even a receip from Staples where It was purchased under my Staples account showsing the device serial number and date (June 14, 2020), and yet the buyer has failed to show any proof, only claims item is not as described, but how can I win this??? why do I have to refund the buyer when I have Amazon, Staples, and emails stating what I am saying is true and accurate. Please help someone.
