I just received an email from Paypal saying:
We have been unable to confirm your identity based on the information received. Please follow the steps below to provide additional information: 1. Go to www.paypal.ca and log in to your PayPal account. 2. Click "Notifications" (bell) icon next to "Log out" button. 3. Click the notification prompting you to confirm your identity and follow on-screen instructions.
but when I log in, there are no "Notifications" bell icons next to the Log Out button.
When I go to the Resolutions Center there's also zero issues listed. But my account is definitely under a limitation.
