I opened a dispute when the merchant refused to acknowledge my request for cancellation the day after placing my order. That was May 20th. I sent PayPal all the documentation and correspondence between myself and the merchant. PayPal credited my account, but later sent me an email saying they were going to debit my account on June 26th, because they were denying my dispute. I never received the item and it won’t let me open a new dispute for the same order. What can I do?
