On April 9th I submitted a claim to the resolution center. They advised me to contact the seller, which I had already done. I told them I had contacted the seller and sent them all of the emails that had transpired aback and forth between us. I was instructed to send the package back, at which time I would receive a refund of $78.03, which I attempted to do, however the seller provided me with only a partial address in China. I contacted them once again and waited three weeks and several emails again and finally received their full address. I took the package to the United Stated Post Office on May 20th at 2:05 pm and paid and additional $27.75. I attempted to send this information to the resolution center but was unable to connect to them so went to the message center and requested that they forward the tracking information to the resolution center, which they said they would do "NO PROBLEM", finally after waiting for two months I received an email from them today saying that they have decided in the sellers favor because they claim I did not send the package back. I tried to open another claim about this with ALL of the information attached but it was immediately closed. I then went to the message center to try to get help and stated everything out as I just did here,, and attached the tracking information to the message. I didn't even get a response. Just dead air. Does anyone know of a way to actually speak to someone for help? I'm on a very tight income and now I'm not only out the original purchase price but the postage price as well that's over $100.00
