Hi, we have make a lot complain about the buyer unreasonable request charge back from our side. We have provided you the Gdex consignment note which those items have been delivered to customer and customer already received. Now customer request charges back from your side, may I know why it can be happen since you already saw the prove from the Gdex delivery note signed by customer. It not reasonable you can simply charge back from our side and return the money to customer. We are under paypal seller protection and we do cooperate to provide all the supporting document for paypal. We do email your support team for several time but no any reply from your side and update.
