Missing money (Bank sent back the money to Paypal, but Paypal won't give me back the money) Since a year, regularly I have requested for the investigation in order to find my money, but PayPal special investigation department hasn't given me any email and feedback until now.. (I am not sure if the department is existing or they are just ignoring my requests..) Because my old bank account was closed a year ago, the money was returned to the bank account PayPal's. automatically. My old bank provided me all clear evidence; when, whom, which amount, with which reference... plus, when my bank account was closed... I have also forwarded the documents all PayPal asked.. Because PayPal customer center insists that I should speak with the bank, I had also a meeting with the correspondent from my old bank and they showed me clearly that they sent the money to PayPal back. Since a year this problem remains unsolved… No answer, No feedback, No email, No call... PayPal is just ignoring my requests and they are not doing anything.. I don't understand why it is taking more than a year for explaining this matter with my old bank. When I have tried to contact the bank, they gave me an answer in couple of days.. but for the PayPal customer center, it is taking definitely more than a year. Unbelievable! I have read some similar cases like my case in this community PayPal system has obviously a lot of problems... 😞
