On June 8, 2020 I purchased a black magic pocket staff for $16.95 from your company. While purchasing the product I added expedited shipping for $9.95 to have it shipped to me within 3 days. Knowing it was coming from overseas I expected it would take a little longer to receive the product and had no problem waiting. After noticing the amount of days that had passed from the time I purchase I decided to research the company for contact information to address the issue. Upon doing so I was redirected twice, first time by a former employee (Sara) that informed me she no longer works for the company but can speak with the boss(which is very odd) and told me they had no such order but was given a second set of contact info. Upon contacting the second person (Aimee), I was met again with them having no such record for the purchase. I am contacting you to find out where my product is. All I want is my money back or the purchase sent to me immeadiately. If I am met with the same response as given to me before again I will contact my bank and refute payment.
