My UAE based paypal account got some limits in 2017. I was not able to provide documents at that time as i was not in UAE. Paypal team did hold on my money and they asked me to wait 180 days then they will allow me to withdraw. After completing my 180 days tenure i came back to paypal team and asked them for withdraw permission according to their comitment but since that day i am writting emails again and again till now but no one is giving me positive response even no one is ready to resolve my issue. Recently i received email from paypal team and that customer support agent said he enabled my account to add payment methods and withdraw my money but no avail. I checked and my account is still in same condition. I sent alot of emails to same agent also others that i am still unable to add payment methods as well as withdraw request is also getting failed. But no one is giving me reply. I have all screenshots with date and time as a proof. When my account got limits, when paypal team asked me to wait for 180 days, when that agent said he enabled my account and much more. I have done everything from my side like clearing of cookies and caches and other stuff but no avail. Is there anyone from paypal team who can really resolve my issue which is in pending since 3 years. (Isn't a misuse of powers?) I really dont want paypal service anymore in my life. I want you to just allow me to withdraw my money from my account at once then close it permanently or do whatever you want with it i dont even care. Waiting for positive response
