I completely agree with you about PayPal. Didn't you think that was the security you had when dealing with PayPal? What other reason to use them? I hate to say it.. .but it's not like this with the "A" team...(Amazon). What do you think?

That seems to be the thing going on with the claims, they all expire! It seems as though they drag it out just long enough. If they see you have a claim, and it been escalated then they need to see it through. Can someone tell me the benefit of the service......please.

I don't think they should close a case when they see clearly you have been contacting them as I did. They asked me to give the seller time to respond. I did 6 days, asked for my money back 5 days ago, nothing heard from PayPal except they are closing my case.

My seller didn't respond to me until the day PayPal told me my case would be closed. Made an order on May 4th and paid for it. I tried to reach out but nothing until today 6/22/20. I filed a dispute and escalated it with PayPal OVER a week ago. THEY CLOSED MY CASE!
