I'm unfamiliar with using a guest checkout, did you have to put your email in, did you receive an email from paypal as a confirmation? If all this fails, contact your bank and open a dispute with them, banks can do chargebacks or hold on payment if not enough time has passed. If you do happen to find the website again I would take great interest in looking at the website, you can always do a website lookup to see how long it has existed, the owners or business name etc. From there you can look into the BBB website and take further action on there as well.
