Same thing happened to me. I ordered a desk and payed with Paypal thinking i was covered. The seller instantly sent me a tracking number that showed the item having been shipped 3 weeks before I made the purchase and Paypal ruled in the sellers favor because the item was shipped. I've been trying to fight through the Paypal chat support, but no one has been able to help... I have no idea what to do at this point. I feel like if I can ever get someone on the phone or someone in chat that would put in an ounce of effort this thing would be turned around in my favor. All phone support is closed due to Covid and chat is worthless.
