I also have the same problem and would love to be reimbursed. The problem lies mainly with Zhou <removed>....I believe that is who answered all the emails I sent when I was wondering why I hadn't received my package and then later when I saw it was damaged. After I was told to send it back to the manufacturer...I questioned why it didn't go back to the address that was on the label for refund....I no longer got any answers.
