Nope. You can post a nasty comment on all of the websites (well those that are still working sites) and they magically disappear. I had 3 e-mails which are all now shut down. These people aren’t idiots (I just wonder how many “companies” are involved in this BS scheme). PayPal is making money too, don’t fool yourself.

I would be interested in this information as well. I have read atleast 30 comments saying the same thing we have: in order to get any type of refund the merchandise must be returned. So in my case I could be out MORE money to return the wrong item (and they’d say they never received it anyway). Good question!

You are exactly right! You either admit the company is fraudulent or you condone it. You either back your PayPal account holders (or you lose a hell of a lot of account holders). This is no way to protect your customers PayPal, pretty **bleep** way to do business.

The minute you say you received ANYTHING you are **bleep**. That’s how they get away with it. Now PayPal tells you to ship (whatever crap they sent you) back. Best part? They mysteriously never receive it. You can spend another 6 Months **bleep** with THAT issue. I give up, it makes me madder by the day. I’m sorry you got caught up in this and even sorrier that PayPal can’t take care of its customers.
