I filed a claim of an unauthorized transaction but got denied by PayPal. The case is closed. But this does not resolve the issue as I did not receive my item and the merchant website also seems to be a fake one. The tracking number they provided is a fake one. I could not get into contact with the company. How could I initiate a new case to dispute this transaction as "item not received."? I called the customer center but no one answered the phone due to COVID-19... Any suggestions would be highly appreciated!
