I thought I purchased an item from an online store. Paid through PayPal. Within a day or two received an email from PayPal saying the seller provided shipment tracking information. Open the USPS tracking app and it said the item was delivered 2 weeks prior. I immediate opened up a case and explained how could I receive something prior to the PayPal transaction, but PayPal denied my claim because the seller provided valid shipping information. I’m sure no one actually looked at the inconsistencies because there probably have an automated system dealing with this. How can I get my refund? So **bleep** off right now....
