This is driving me insane. The new verification procedure is blocking me from accessing my account. My mobile number has been changed so they can`t text me -- and to update the number I have to login, which is impossible without the new verification...! If I choose `Ring me` on my home phone it says `calling` -- but no-one calls!!! I tweeted and they advised to contact them via live chat -- which is nowhere to be found on their website.... They also said this: I would recommend you to give us a call. HOW....?? What is the number? Nowhere to be found. This is now urgent as I have transactions that must be processed in the next 24 hours. Please advise.
