About a month ago, I sold a rabbit to a lady through Facebook. We agreed on a location and time to meet, met, and she purchased the rabbit. A month later, she filed a dispute for the payment about it being an unauthorized payment, and is now trying to get a refund. She hasn't communicated with me at all - I sent a message to her through Facebook asking if she knew about the dispute. She hasn't responded. When I click to respond to the dispute, it gives me an option of selecting product or service. I guess a live animal is closer to a product, but then it asks for a shipping number, which obviously is impossible to provide. I guess my main problem is proving that she actually took the rabbit, and keeping my money. How would I go about resolving this without losing my payment?
