If you sent a payment but it remains pending, you can cancel it on your Activity page if you see the cancel button, or it will automatically be canceled after 30 days if it is still pending. If you have purchased something and haven't received it, it's not as described, or you feel the payment is unauthorized, you can file a case in our Resolution Centre to start the process of getting your money back. I will explain the steps on filing a claim to get your money back below. How to file a Dispute/Claim: Head on over to Resolution Center Click on "Report a Problem" Click on the transaction you want to file a claim on, and click "Continue" at the bottom right Select "I didn't receive an item I purchased" It will ask you "Was there multiple items in the order?" Answer based on your problem. You can provide a screenshot of the receipt, and explain in the description what happened, and simply click "Submit". PayPal will get back to you.
