I ordered 3 items (3 hoodies) from an online shop on a very well known social media site, I posted in the ad post if anyone had ordered these and what was the quality etc. A Lady private messaged me with a photo and told me not to buy as they were NOTHING like what they were trying to sell. Not even close. I then emailed the seller telling them what the lady had said and that the items were not as described. He responded by telling me that there are always rival businesses trying to discredit their business. He assured me if I wasn’t happy with the products he would give me a full refund. I ordered the items on 14/4, they took ages to arrive and I received them around the 7th July. Straight away I knew they weren’t right and that the items were exactly like the photo the woman sent me prior to my ordering. I contacted the seller who at first refused any kind of refund but then he said he would refund me if I posted them back at my cost. This was never discussed when I originally emailed him before ordering he just assured me it would all be fine. I have enclosed photos of what I should have got compared to what I have. These items cost me $65 us and are absolute rubbish. He is a fraudulent seller because he knew he was sending me the same rubbish he sent the lady who warned me not to buy them. Naively I too k him at his word and now he wants ME to pay for the postage to send this rubbish back. there is no where I can see in the resolution cntr where I have created my claim that I can refuse to do that. Surely he cant just make me pay for the postage?? , there must be a way I can get my information seen and at least considered, any help would be awesome thanks very much. its a shame I cant post pics of the lovely items I ordered and the rubbish that arrived,
