Can anybody help please? I sold an item via ebay's global shipping programme (GSP), I have used first class tracked to the GSP depot, tracking records (two tracking numbers) provided, few weeks later buyer said item hasn't arrived. According to ebay's policy, the seller is not liable for a potential refund. However, because there's any decision on the dispute, paypal has deducted my balance (an substantial amount) without my authorisation. The help provided by robots has been really unhelpful both by Paypal and ebay. I would be extremely grateful if anybody can help me please. Best, Ron
