Hello guys. Topic was deleted earlier so creating new. I am selling lot of item in ebay and I sold brand new iphone to customer that lives in Russia. I sent it and after few weeks he received it. And what do you think. He created case in ebay that he received xiaomi mi band 4. He sent photo of what he received and this is way different that we are selling here in our country and in ebay. I contacted ebay CS and they blocked this account for high risk as he created new account and bought new phone and tries to scam. Everything is clear and logical. BUT, when it came to paypal, worst is happen. He opened case in resolution center stating that he received this band. Paypal told buyer to sent item back. So he sent it. And what do you think. He declared something bad or didn't provided invoice for customs and item didn't proceeded true customs. And deadline of case came. So paypal refunded ALL AMOUNT (about ~900$) to that scammer and saying that this is my fault that item was declined in customs. I am not saying this is joke that they are still told buyer to sent "item that he received" back to me. The joke is that item wasn't delivered and they still blaming me for that situation. If I, when sending iphone to buyer, were providing bad documents to customs at the beginning and item was declined I had to cancel my order and refund all amount and that was my fault as sender. And in this situation, buyers fault SO if you want to make really good money. You can create new account, buy something expensive and when you receive item, say you received some band or power bank. If they told you to sent it back - sent it. Do not provide any documents to customs and your item will be there forever and you will be with brand new phone for free. Have a nice day guys !
