I tried to connect My Bank account to my PayPal account and it sends me to the "Resolutions Center". One of the problems is that when I get there, there is NO Open case (or anything at all, really) there to even try to fix my problem. So I go and try to message them. I got some semblance of an answer, hours later, that my account has been placed under restriction. Has Pay Pal finally lost it, or am I going to have to wait a long time to get help? I think someone hacked into my account and is making me look like a loon for the fun of it.
