So I’ve sent money to a seller under a given email X, but when I’ve done the transaction, the summary was showing a different recipient email Y. Assuming some kind of hacking going on, I file a dispute to PayPal immediately. Though not long after that my seller approached me and mentioned that’s the correct account, and at the same time PayPal has deemed that this is not a dispute and closed the case. At my account status, the payment is now seen as sent. However the seller said it’s frozen at his side, and couldn’t claim it. I’m unable to get any virtual assistance through the weekends.. Can anyone explain what’s the status of my payment now? Is there any ways I can cancel it and do a re-sent? There’s no option of cancelling seen from my page
