I appreciate your response, but it does not appear to be correct. According to PayPal's site itself, an e-check is used when someone doesn't already have a bank or card with PayPal. Not the case. This person has sent me money regularly, in the same way, and this has never happened. So, while I appreciate your taking time to respond, your explanation does not seem to hold true. If it did, I would not have been able to instantly transfer payments made by this person all of the times previously. This person used the same payment means as always and they are not the type to have any issues with their finances. This has never occurred, not with this person nor anyone else. I am starting to lose faith in this site. They are also holding onto a $3500 refund issued within a second of a mistaken purchase (wrong color). Even though the refund was instantaneous to the purchase, PayPal sent the purchase through my bank account anyway and I am still waiting to be credited the big fat refund sitting here. All in all, PayPal is sitting on over $4,000 of my money and their customer service is unresponsive. I have never had these issues in the past.
