I tried to send USD 10,000 to a supplier and this has been held pending me advising the details of smaller payments USD 100 or more locally over the past week that were made mainly due to having to order online during the COVID-19 situation. The money is still pending after 24 hours although another amount was also held and went through after being held 10 minutes later. The bank has been debited already so what is the reason? Why can no Financial Institution EVER give a simple and clear reason and answer and if the local payments ( next to nothing compared to this) are the reason what is PayPal contributing to the COVID-19 worldwide support. Seems nothing they don't want you to use Pay Pay for purchases and they have limited staff who clearly do not have anything better to do. Ah yes this transaction is a repeat of a repeat of a repeat transactions to the same Company over some considerable time and Pay Pal have not asked the supplier any questions he is just trying his best to get back to some normality and produce and ship goods after the lock down as we all are. I am also not an American Citizen, never have been and never will be!
