Just received this from PayPal support - “ I did all of the research I could on all three of the cases and the transactions related to those cases. I am certain that the email you received was generated and sent in error because you have not been given any sort of temporary credit for these three cases that would have required us needing to pull that credit back once you had been refunded. I do sincerely apologize for the confusion these emails have caused. The only reason we would take those back is if the financial institution had filed a chargeback on the transactions and we had not received the information about the chargeback from them before we issued the cases in your favor with a refund. As of right now though I can assure you that we are not debiting the account.”
