I purchased some usb drives. I received them and they are all counterfeit. I filed a claim. The offered $10 refund , i declined, then they offered $20, I declined. Now they offered a full refund, but i have to ship the drives back to china to receive the refund. They gave me a return address that is all chinese characters. I can’t even respond. My only choices are end dispute or submit tracking. nobody is available on the phones for paypal. Message center is not responding. did these con artists just find a loop hole to cheat people? what should i do?
