I seem to have two paypay accounts. I can only long into one of them. I have a charge apparently on a different one (so the bank informs me). I can not get past the automated system to get help with this, since I am constantly referred to the account that shows I have no transaction to inquire about. I believe the account that I can not not log in to has a primary email contact which is a secondary email on the one I can not log in to. I have disputed the charge but still can not contact paypal about it because the only account I can view has no record of a charge. Any help would be appreciated.
