If anyone wants an example of the incompetence and stupidity of the morons who run PayPal, this is it. My PayPal account is supposed to be linked to my Gmail account, however, when I type in my Gmail email address I get taken to a totally different account. This account is in my name, however I have no control over this account. This account doesn't have any records of my previous shopping history, and the people who are running this account don't even seem to know basic things about me, such as my date of birth. This is obviously a fraudulent account set up in my name as some sort of identity fraud. I have repeatedly notified PayPal about this fraud being committed against me, however PayPal don't seem to care, or are unable to prevent or protect their customers from this kind of fraud. I have taken a screenshot of the fraudulent account set up in my name, which I will gladly send through to you. It is time for PayPal's pathetic excuses to stop. The time is way overdue for PayPal to lift its game and get its act together. Failure to do so will result in the closure of my PayPal account. I will not open another account with PayPal until they have provided me evidence that those incompetent morons who have caused this problem have been sacked. This sacking should start with those in Australian customer service and relations. I think that it is safe to say that they have failed dismally and should be considered "dead wood". Please use the Corona Virus as an excuse to sack any and all staff who don't get this, it can only improve your customer service.
