I bought a pair of shoes with PayPal buyer protection, a week later I got them but they were the wrong one, they were destroyed and definetely not as described. So i requested a full refund and at first I got an E-Mail that it got accepted but later on it got denied, when I wrote to PayPal they said that I have to contact them directly via chat and not via E-Mail, but the directly chat is nowhere to be seen. I don’t have my money and I don’t have the shoes, can somebody help me to fix this problem?
