I am very frustrated. I have checked my account for several items that were never received. I have registered complaints for other items as they were not as described and no further actions have been followed up on by paypal. Paypal malfunctioned on one transaction and now I have $60 worth of some kind of grout cleaner. I have been very frustrated with Paypal as you are unable to return or get refunds that if I just used my credit card I would have gotten but now I have to go through paypal. This just seems like a money grab. I have started to remove my credit card information and until I hear something, I will not be using Paypal. This is ridiculous and concerning when in the middle of a pandemic and left with nothing can be done "because of limited staffing due to Covid19. They provide no direct way to communicate i.e. email or phone number to a live agent. They dispute claims without explanations.
