Hello, Warm Greetings from Asia – Manila, Philippines. I am helping out my boyfriend who's PayPal account was hacked. He received an email yesterday 6/1/2020, saying that his PayPal account password had been successfully changed, so he is unable to enter and view it. He was instructed that if that isn't him, he must call PayPal immediately. We are unable to do so because their lines are down due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) emergency, their phone lines are currently closed. Can someone help us go about this? My boyfriend already sent an email to PayPal's customer support, and he had already canceled his credit card linked to his PayPal account. Please help us. Thank you very much. Sincerely, Patricia.
