So... I'n kinda new here but please bear with me: I have purchased some perfumes on @fragrancex and since i had heard good things about the site i convinced my colleagues to do so too .... ( I wish i never did ) We bought stuff for about €80 .... paid almost €20 for shipping and gift wrap. all good! some days later i get the @DHL call asking me to pay 3 times the amount of customs i was expecting. When I look at the invoice I see @freight shipping of € 83!!! At this point i open a dispute on PP... this because I should have been informed on this kind of shipping method and the costs it might include, the seller chose it for me. I understand that they are not responsible for my custom charges, but they are responsible for what shipping method they choose. After 10 days of no answer from the seller ( meanwhile i wrote them directly, asked for help from my bank and finally paid customs by my self and delivering goods to my colleagues....not they fault and retrieved the goods since i was told i'd be paying extra for every day dhl kept my package... I found myself paying them extra too...smth for the service ) I see PP has closed the dispute in my favor with a refund of $ 0.04!! Maybe i'm all kind of wrong here but since no one is answering, i have no appeal button, never had....not even an escalate one... I come from a god forgotten country where there are no customer laws... I was just hoping on PayPal ... Can anyone help me please? Thanks in advance.
