Hi i ordered 3 items from the same seller in China before lockdown had really kicked in in late March. The item hadn’t arrived and I’d had no contact from the seller so after a month or so I opened a dispute that the item hadn’t been delivered and no contact had been made. The seller did respond via PayPal to advise that postage was being delayed due to lockdown which I accepted and that dispute timed out. After another few weeks the items finally arrived but they are nothing like the items advertised. I have just tried to open a new dispute via the resolution centre but it limits the grounds upon which I can complain and neither is that the items are not as described! Any ideas how I can re-open a dispute via the app as I seem to be stuck with some shoddy goods and no obvious option for PayPal to assist? Thanks Paul
